Our collaborative work with Professors Rui Chen and Bin Zhou’s team at Hubei University and Professors Rui Wang and Dong-Hui Xu’s team at Chongqing University has been published in Physical Review Letters 135, 096602 (2025). The study proposes a theoretical approach to probe the momentum-space spin polarization of altermagnets using topological surface states and the anomalous Hall effect.
Our collaborative study on the Josephson effect in chiral antiferromagnets, conducted with the group of Prof. Songbo Zhang at Hefei National Laboratory and Prof. Bjoern Trauzettel at the University of Würzburg, has been published in Physical Review B 112, 075305 (2025). The study reveals a mechanism by which chiral antiferromagnetic order enhances the Josephson supercurrent and shows that the enhanced supercurrent is stabilized in a π-junction state.
Our work on unconventional Josephson effects in altermagnetic Josephson junctions has been published in Physical Review B 111, 165406 (2025), in collaboration with the Prof. Songbo Zhang at Hefei National Laboratory and Dr. Chang-An Li and Prof. Bjoern Trauzettel at the University of Würzburg. The study reveals a pronounced influence of altermagnetism on the second harmonic of the Josephson current-phase relation and demonstrates effective control of the supercurrent and 0–π transitions by external electric and Zeeman fields.
