Magnetically tunable Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations in MnBi2Te4

We observe Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations in undoped antiferromagnetic topological-insulator MnBi2Te4. The oscillation period evolves through the canted-antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic transition and saturates at high fields, revealing field-induced band-structure changes. A nontrivial Berry phase and small effective mass are extracted, while tilted fields split the high-field oscillations.
